Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall prevail over our relationship if we decide to go ahead with this proposal.

1. Performance of Work

Performance of Work: [Service Provider] will perform the work as mentioned in this proposal in a professional manner and in accordance with the plans and specifications. All materials supplied by [Service Provider] will be suitable for the purpose for which they will be used unless otherwise stated in the proposal, those materials will be new. The work will be done with due diligence and within a reasonable time. With regard to price, the time has been estimated and in actuality may go under or over the proposed time but at no alteration to the price of this fixed proposal. [Service Provider] may not do additional work other than the approved Proposal unless instructed by management and only in accordance with an additional written and duly accepted proposal amendment or variation to the original proposal. This is a fixed proposal and is not negotiable after the commencement of any work.
Guarantee: All New Work* shall be guaranteed for [Time Period] by [Service Provider] and all Repairs** shall be guaranteed for [Time Period], unless otherwise agreed. The Guarantee shall come in force once the work has been completed. If [Service Provider]'s work should fail for any reason within the stipulated time period, we guarantee to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible – free of charge. In the event that [Service Provider] is called out to resolve a Guarantee issue that turns out to be due to a cause unrelated to our work, or damage has been caused by people other than [Service Provider], a call-out charge of $ [00.00] will be due. [Service Provider] shall return any amount received for works done if the resolution works are deemed unviable by a [Service Provider] Estimator within [Time Period].This proposal excludes any latent conditions or events and also excludes anything not stated in the proposal.
*New Work is defined as An entire roof is installed or replaced. 
**Repairs are defined as Any works carried out to resolve a specific problem with a roof or guttering system. Maintenance and replacing components of a roof (such as flashings or tiles) are classified as repairs. 
Cancellation and Withdrawal: [Service Provider] reserves the right to withdraw from this proposal prior to the commencement of works within [Time Period]. In such an event, any deposit amount received by [Service Provider] from the [Client] shall be refunded.
Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, full payment shall be due and payable at the completion of work. All payments and transactions will be in USD $ through [Payment Mode].
