Terms and Conditions

1. Roof Projections

The Company shall inspect roof projections that are in place prior to the installation of roofing or as shown on the architectural plans provided by the Company. Penetrations not shown on the plans provided by Company prior to submission of this quote or required after installation of roofing shall be considered an order for extra work, and the Company shall be compensated at its customary time and material rates for performing such additional work.

2. Tolerances

All labor and materials shall be furnished in accordance with normal industry standards and industry tolerances for uniformity, color, variation, thickness, size, weight, finish, and texture. Specified quantities are intended to represent an average over the entire roof area.

3. Validity

The validity of this quote will be for [Number of Days] days upon receipt of this quote by the Client. 

4. Payment

The payment for the roofing services shall be paid as per the quote mentioned above after the Client receives the invoice. The mode of payment shall be cash/card/bank transfer or any other mode of payments as mutually agreed by both the Parties.
