Terms and Conditions

  1. Payments
  • All payments and transactions shall be in USD through [Payment Mode].
  • In consideration of [Sender Company] providing the services of the Speaker for this engagement [Client Company] will pay the Fees in accordance with the relevant invoice. If [Client Company] fails to make the payment on time, [Sender Company] reserves the right to:
  • Cancel the booking forthwith; and
  • Treat the non-payment as a cancellation by [Client Company] in which case [Client Company] shall pay [Sender Company] applicable cancellation charges set out immediately.
  • [Client Company] will be responsible for all necessary expenses incurred by the Speaker that is directly connected with the Engagement. [Client Company] will, where appropriate, provide the Speaker with accommodation, meals, and all air or overland travel tickets. All travel will be first-class unless agreed to the contrary in writing by [Sender Company]. Expenses shall be invoiced to [Client Company] by [Sender Company] and must be paid within [Number of Days] days of receipt of the invoice.
  1. Recording
  • [Client Company] may record all or part of [Sender Company]’s presentation. Should [Client Company] record the presentation, [Sender Company] will require the delivery of a master copy of the recording within [Number of Days] days after the event closes.
  • [Client Company] may distribute copies of our presentation to internal staff, but may not sell these copies.
  • Should the [Client Company] wish to make other recording or distribution arrangements, a separate agreement will be required.
  1. Cancellation
  • Where an Engagement is canceled by [Client Company] without the prior written consent of [Sender Company], charges may be levied against [Client Company] in accordance with the provisions set out below:
