Our Services

Our company specializes in providing the house and facilities with Janitorial services. We tailor our services according to the floor plan of your house, the current facilities, and the number of daily users. Service Plan

We want your cleaning service to run as smoothly as possible, so we have developed a foolproof system to ensure your expectations are always met.

Our Company system of establishing and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene has the following Steps:

Consulation	To determine the current state of cleanliness, our team will visit your home. We will work with you from here to determine your custom cleaning plan and the number of hours needed. We will also explore any additional facilities, such as ironing or a qualified clean carpet that you might benefit from.
Cleaning	A deep clean will be the first step in setting your cleaning schedule, depending on your initial assessment. It sets the stage to keep your buildings and properties sanitary over the long term. We will schedule additional deep cleanings quarterly, bi-annually, or annually depending on how your properties are used.
Maintenance	Our managers track our cleaning status regularly to ensure the schedule continues to meet your standards, and we can change this to match any additional needs at any time.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall prevail over our relationship if we decide to go ahead with this proposal.

Scope of Work: The services shall be delivered to the [Client] as per the package or separately selected services preferred by them. The [Client] must specify the services they prefer to enjoy by the [Service Provider] along with the acceptance of this proposal. Services to be performed by [Service Provider] include:
Vacuuming of carpets
Dusting and polishing of furniture
Cleaning of wood floors, kitchen appliances, bathtubs, and shower stalls, toilets, sinks, and all laundry facilities
Removal of trash from indoor trash containers
Transfer to the Dumpster outdoor area
Deep cleaning including floors, carpets, furniture cleaning, and dusting
Bathroom cleaning
Waste and compost removal services
Parking lot cleaning
Building exterior cleaning and maintenance
Emergency cleaning

Payment: Upon completion of this Proposal, payment is demanded, unless by special arrangement with [Service Provider]. Ongoing transactions are paid through [Payment Mode]. The [Client] understands that additional fees may apply to any 'late payments.' If payment is not made after [Number of Days] days of invoice, the account will be passed on to our collections agency, after which a [00.00] % charge will be added to the debt in addition to the initial invoice due. [Client] shall agree to pay this sum as part of this deal, which reflects [Service Provider]'s the fair cost of obtaining the unpaid amounts.
Warranty of services: The [Service Provider] guarantees that all services will be completed within the time agreed upon at the start of the project unless the time required to complete the project is changed or extended in writing by mutual agreement. The [Service Provider] agrees and warrants that all services performed are of professional quality and, upon notification by [Client], the [Service Provider] agrees to rectify any deficiencies immediately.
Complaints and Claims: [Service Provider] requires the presence, at the beginning and the end of the cleaning session, of [Client] or their representative, as an inspection, may be carried out, and if any corrections should be made on the same day. In case of damage by the [Service Provider], the item shall be repaired at its expense. If the item cannot be replaced by the [Service Provider], the issue would be resolved by crediting [Client] with the actual cash value of the item to a comparable substitute within the amount of payment been made to the [Service Provider] for the cleaning services.
Client Satisfaction: Refunds are made strictly at the [Service Provider] discretion. If a cleaning job does not satisfy [Client] fully, [Service Provider] will re-clean certain areas and products to satisfy them. During the recovery-clean, the client must be present at all times, and [Service Provider] reserves the right not to return a cleaner more than once.
