We are sorry to inform you that the present tenure of your employment with [Company Name] will be ending soon on [Date].This is with regard to addressing and executing the termination of this employment as the [Designation] since your appointment on [Date].
We would like to inform you that your work added a distinct value to our team and thus the management took under consideration all possible alternatives. However, this is the final decision of the concerned authorities after all due considerations and shall not be subject to any modifications. These considerations include your response to the show cause notice dated [Date] therefore fulfilling the criteria to give you a chance for representation. However, the final unanimous decision is to terminate your services as per clause [Clause from Employment Agreement] of the Employment Agreement and the mentioned clauses thereof.

This letter of termination shall come into force right away and amounts to termination of your Employee Agreement with the Company and you are hereby relieved from your duties as the [Employee Position/Designation] effective from [Date].
Kindly note that, notwithstanding your termination of employment, certain provisions under the Employment Agreement shall still continue to remain in power such as [Confidentiality clause, Non-Competence clause, Non-Solicitation clause, etc.], and are legally binding for a further time period of [Number of Months/Years] after your effective termination date. Please find the attached copy of the Employee Agreement for your reference.
Therefore, you shall be bound under law to restrain yourself from disclosing, divulging, or exploiting any Confidential Information of the Company to any third party. The terms also levy on you absolute prohibition from giving any statements, complaints, or any write-ups or publicising or posting anything regarding the Company, in any social platform, media, or government department.
Also, you are requested to submit your Company provisioned [ID Card, Telephone No, Email ID, Laptop, etc.] within [Number of Day(s)] of receipt of this letter. Furthermore, you are hereby prohibited from representing yourself as the member/agent/representative/official/ of this Company effective immediately.
Please note, if found so, the Company reserves all rights to bring claim/action/suit against such action. The Company shall be not held liable for any activity done by you, hereinafter.
For the sake of transparency and in our best interest, the Company may put this letter on their notice board for the period of [Number of Days] days.
We would like to remind you about the IP terms which imply that all projects undertaken by you including the ongoing ones as well as the finished projects, during the Term of your employment with the Company, shall be the exclusive proprietary property of the Company. All intellectual property rights and other proprietary interests therein shall belong to Company only.
All your due payments and benefits shall be settled within [Number of Days] by the concerned departments. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the same to the Management and Human Resources Department and accordingly finish all the formalities concerning your termination.
