Spring/Fall Services

We provide leaf clean-up in the spring and the fall. Generally, we provide leaf blowing and removal in the early spring to ensure your lawn is ready for the new growing season. We also generally provide these services in the fall in order to prevent dead spots that may occur from compacted leaves that accumulate in certain areas. By removing these leaves, we can revive your lawn, and also optimize its health and green color.

As the spring approaches, removing leaves and debris off of your lawn will awaken the landscape for growth. By removing the leaves and debris from the yard will allow the fresh air that spring provides to bring your yard to life. During the spring, our mission is to remove any leaves, branches, and other debris from your lawn that may have accumulated over the months. Once this is done, we will haul away all of the debris.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall prevail over our relationship if we decide to go ahead with this proposal.

1. Scope of Work

Scope of Work: The [Sender Company] shall carry out and complete landscape works in a professional manner and shall have no obligation to execute any additional work unless otherwise agreed in writing between them and [Client]. If there is any discrepancy between any specification and any drawing, the description contained in specifications shall prevail over the drawing.
Payments: [Client] shall pay the [Sender Company] the full amount including all taxes and fees as follows:
[0.00] % of the price by signing this Proposal by the [Client], with the balance due upon completion of the work as will be described in the invoice later.
If the client is billed on a [Time Period] basis, payment will be due within every [Time Period] of receipt for the previous [Time Period]’s services.
Payment terms shall be stated on the invoice. If [Client] fails to make payment within [Time Period] of the due date, the past due balance shall accrue interest at the annual rate of [0.00] %.
Client Obligations: [Client] will be required to warrant that the site is free of any underground condition including, pipes, cables, stumps, sprinklers, invisible fence, sewage drains, and waste materials, if so, must be disclosed specifically to [Sender Company] prior to the signing of the Agreement. Where any latent/underground problems exist, the [Sender Company] will charge for additional work/supplies/equipment necessary to complete the work or may suspend the work until the condition has been remedied. [Client] shall provide [Sender Company] with electricity and water during the works.
Materials On-Site: Materials delivered to the site shall become the responsibility of the [Client]. [Sender Company] accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or expense after delivery of materials to the site for any reason. Any material brought to or removed from the site, that is in excess of [Sender Company]’s requirements under the invoice shall remain the property of [Sender Company] and so they shall have the right to enter the site for the purpose of removing the same within [Time Period] from the date of finishing the final work.
Completion: The [Sender Company] will use all commercially reasonable efforts within the budget to complete the project in the promised time frame. However, they shall not be liable for any delay in the completion of the work under pending Invoice or payment.
Warranty of Services: [Sender Company] will warrant for the supplied shrubs and trees along with the invoice for a period of [Time Period] from the date of planting, provided that such warranty shall be void if the [Client] fails to take reasonable care of the plants (including, without limitation, watering, spraying, cultivating, and pruning). Moreover, the Annuals, perennials, and sod, and any transplanted materials, will not be warranted and are sold as-is. [Sender Company] shall not be liable for any damage caused by Acts of God (including, without limitation, extreme cold or drought, flooding, storms, rain, etc.)
