Introduction

Event marketing is the promotion of a product, brand, or service through in-person interactions. There are many forms of event marketing and each can be catered to address a marketer’s specific goals.

At its core, Marketing is communication. It is the ability to clearly convey a message at the opportune time. Why Choose Us?

We're an ambitious bunch. We love face-forward interactions because we live and breathe our clients' needs. We shake hands, make eye contact, and tilt our heads in that oh-so-come-hither way that will make your customers come calling.

When you sign on with an event-based marketing firm, you're putting your trust in the hands of the team that will represent you in real life. "Real life" representation is hard for a lot of companies these days, but we're proud to say that we do it quite well.

How We Do It?

1) Data

One of the most challenging issues in the event and experiential marketing today is data. While there’s a lot of hyperbole in the discussion of what’s possible, in truth, the first challenge is to ensure all of the data that’s generated at brand activations is unified so it can be utilized to create actionable analytics.

2) Idea

We have a rigorous, programmatic approach to creating brand experiences. Our creative process begins with strategy, but it’s fueled by a passion for experiences, and their power to create brand devotion. We start with big ideas, no matter how unusual or disruptive to conventional wisdom they might be. Once the best idea has risen to the top, we start the experience design process.

3) Creation

Whether you need an AR experience created, a high-production keynote produced a digital interface designed, We can do it. We’ve been crafting high quality, award-winning content for use in brand activations around the globe. We produce engaging presentations, captivating games, digital engagements, mobile and web interfaces, and more – all in support of immersive experiences that create relationships with target customers.

4) Delivery

Marketers in charge of global event portfolios typically have a shared services model. Their team is responsible for juggling the needs of various business units, product and country leads, and ensuring that the creative, production, and business outcomes for all of those stakeholders are successful. It is a complex effort, to say the least, complicated by the need for data strategy, cost management, and detailed reporting.

Services

As we execute your event’s marketing strategy, we will stick to the strategy we’ve created, dedicate all necessary resources to the strategy’s success, and regularly measure engagement and registration to benchmark our success.
Here are just a few ways we’ve successfully promoted events in the past:

  • Event websites
  • Facebook advertising
  • SEO
  • Strategic partnerships with local trade groups, institutions, and companies
