Key terms and conditions:

This quotation is valid till [End Date].
The Contract Duration will be of [Contract Duration] years.
All charges are exclusive of taxes like VAT or any Withholding Tax. Taxes, as applicable on the date of the invoice, will be charged over and above the aforementioned charges.
The contract would be registered with the given entity.
The annual recurring fees start from the date of signing of the contract / LOA and shall be chargeable on a yearly advance basis.
Invoicing for the first year to be done within 24 Hrs of raising of PO or signing of LOA / Contract, whichever is earlier. Implementation will start once company has received the upfront payment.
Payments to be credited within [Payment Term] of the invoice dates.
Any payment made to company will not be refundable under any circumstance.
The rates quoted above are valid for one year from signing the contract and would be increased by  [Percentage Increase] of the preceding month’s fee after the end of one year from the date of signing of this agreement and every year after.
The Alt instance setup for Client will support standard product modules listed in the table above.
Default language support will be available for English. Alt can support any left-to-right written language. Any such local language can be setup, with translation support from Client.
Any customization, approved by Client, will only be executed post due diligence and feasibility check and shall be taken up if it is according to the product roadmap of the year. It shall be charged additionally at SGD [Customization Charges] per man day. 
The feasibility of Integration with the third-party tool may be provided only after due diligence by company. In case it is possible, it shall be charged separately at SGD [Integration Charges] per man-day, over and above the implementation fee and the annual recurring product subscription billing.
