Last Will and Testament

I, [Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Declarant"), resident of [City], [State] in [Country], with sound mind and body, willingly and intentionally, and without any duress or undue influence, and with a maximum understanding of the nature and extent of the whole of my property and of this disposition hereof, hereby make, draft, and declare this Last Will and Testament Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") and thus, revoke any and all other wills and headings previously made by me.

Additionally, I hereby confirm that during the drafting of the testimony of this Contract, I am married to [Spouse Name], and have [Number] child/children, the names of whose are enlisted below in the order of precedence:

1. Personal Representative

I, with my sound mind and body, without any undue influence hereby nominate and appoint [Representative Name], from [Address], of the state of [State], county of [County] as Personal Representative of my estate and thus, I request that aforementioned person shall be appointed as temporary Personal Representative if they apply.

Furthermore, if my aforementioned appointed Personal Representative fails, or ceases to do their part of service due to any reasonable condition, I nominate [Substitute Representative Name] from [Address], of the state of [State], county of [County] to serve for the similar notion.

Immediately after my decease, the nominated Personal Representatives shall be authorized to access all provisions of this Contract for making necessary arrangements, without any unnecessary delay, personal debt, obligations, or funeral expenses.

2. Guardian Appointment

If due to any unforeseeable condition, I remain the sole parent or legal guardian of my non-adult children at the time of my decease, then I hereby nominate and appoint [Guardian Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Guardian") from [Legal Guardian Address] as the Legal Guardian of my children. The Guardian shall hold, manage, and maintain such property for the benefit of the minor(s) with full power and their sole discretion. 

However, if the aforementioned person is unavailable or is unwilling to serve as the legal guardian, then I shall nominate and appoint [Substitute Guardian Name] from [Substitute Guardian Address] as the alternate legal guardian of my children.

3. Requests

I, hereby, direct that after the payment of all personal debts, expenses, and liabilities, my property shall be bequeathed as I desire below. 

I give, devise, and bequeath all of the residual and remaining property in my ownership at the time of my death, real or personal property, or whatsoever and wherever located to [Inheritor Name] absolutely and entirely. However, in the absence of the aforementioned inheritor, I shall give similar ownership to [Inheritor Name] absolutely and entirely.

I, hereby, direct that upon my decease, my remains shall be transformed/made as to the specifics I mention herein:

4. Witness Attestation

I, [Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Witness") declare that the person who drafted this testimony is personally known to me and that they have signed and acknowledged this Contract in my presence with sound mind and body, and under no duress, fraud, threat, or undue influence.

5. Miscellaneous

Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed and construed by the jurisdiction laws of the state of [State].
Amendment: No amendments or remodification whatsoever shall be made in the Contract after the acceptance of the same by the people undersigned.
Severability: In case any terms mentioned herein is held unenforceable or invalid under the supervision of the jurisdiction laws of the state of [State], it shall be severed from herein, and the remaining terms shall be enforceable with full force and effect.

Acceptance and Signature
