How can I share a folder with my colleagues?

Article Summary

A collaborator is someone invited into your files or folders. When you add someone as a collaborator to a folder, he or she can view/edit your folder and all the documents within it.

Note: You may choose whether you want to give collaborators permission to edit a folder or limit them to only viewing it.

To add collaborators to a folder, follow these steps:

  1. Click Documents from the left navigation bar.

  2. On the Documents page, hover over the folder's line item to which you want to add a collaborator.
  3. Click on the vertical ellipsis icon, which will open a small pop-up window.

  4. Click Add collaborator.
  5. On the Add collaborator window, select (or add) the appropriate collaborator.
  6. Click View next to the search user field and choose whether you want to provide view permission or edit permission.
  7. Click Save.

Your collaborator will receive an email from Revv with an invitation to collaborate on the document.
